Biancalani AIRBOX is a continuous open-width (pre)dryer, designed to work as a stand-alone unit or connected in line with other machines. The most important function of the AIRBOX is when it is used as a pre-dryer installed before a continuous tumbler, such as – for instance – the AIRO®24, in order to considerably increase its production capacity. Vaporizing machine Saturno – Designed to relax the textile fibers and allow dimensional stability. The fabric in entrance, as plaite, big or small roll, is overfed and spread on a perforated conveyor belt that carries it through the different working fields. The first two sections of the treatment system are constituted by high temperature vaporizing tunnels, realized in stainless steel with anti-condensation units. Between the two sections there is a device that makes the belt vibrate to facilitate the relaxation and shrinkage of the fibers. At the output of the last steaming tunnel, an adjustable forced hot air drying group is installed. In the final part of the machine there is a double cooling field blocking the movement of the fibers (thermic shock). Both the drying field and the cooling one are above the conveyor belt in order to avoid a direct contact between the air flows and the right side of the fabric.

OPTIMA is a machine designed and built to produce standard and slub/flamè chenille yarns. Can manage count up to 18 Nm ( 500 Den ) and it can also produce chenille slub randomize. The OPTIMA produces different yarn every 4 cops and thanks to the new mechanical little frame has a significant reduction of maintenance compared to traditional machines for chenille. The OPTIMA, version – eco, features motorized spindles which reduce the electricity consumption of the machine up to a 40% than the standard version of the OPTIMA. IDRA is the textile finishing machine with independent channels designed to independently wash and mill woollen fabrics of different compositions.
